I have been using Barrell for years. It's a great plumbing company and I highly recommend them. They come when you need them, their prices are good and they have an excellent workforce. We recently had a major issue that had me in tears. Long story short, we had to replace our main sewer line. Joe Barrell personally came out to examine the issue. A work plan was put in place and carried out in a timely and efficient manner, including coordination with the excavation company they work with. Communication was excellent throughout and they made an extremely stressful and disruptive process much more bearable. They did the work in stages which allowed my tenants and I to continue using water, flushing, etc. Rusty, the man who replaced my pipe, was wonderful as was Joe. I will always be a customer. I called Alpha Omega to replace my Navient Combi Boiler. Sam responded right away and was able to arrive the same day! He was so helpful and very fast in the way he worked. I called Drain stars on a whim after a job from a previous company was done incorrectly(And for nearly triple the price). Drain stars came out and took a look at my main line and they were very nice and courteous, and were happy to show me how my pipes looked before and after the job was done! Very satisfied and they charged me a fair price, plus they did the job correctly! Will definitely be using them again if I ever need to.

Narrow Way knows heating systems. I have a heating system with a pump running all the time. I called the company who installed the system several years back. The technician couldn't pinpoint the problem, but he suggested me to replace the control board for $1300! and say let's start with that. I am so glad I called Narrow Way. Mario came out and figured out the issue right away, now the problem has been fixed and I am so happy. From now on whenever I get boiler issues, I will always call Narrow Way first.

I've always had to deal with window unit air conditioners. They do the job, but they're ugly, heavy, cool a limited space, and worst of all loud. When I bought my first home last year, I overlooked the importance of having good air conditioning while living in the north shore and had to make due with an enormous wall unit in the living room which when turned on is so loud you can't hear anything else. Upstairs gets so hot and humid as to make my home office unusable during the summer months. I couldn't deal with another summer like that, so I looked around for someone who could improve my situation and I landed on AquaFlow. Right away on the phone, Vincent was very friendly and told me he'd come take a look at the house the next day. First thing the next morning he shows up, looks around, then suggests mini split air conditioning. He says he can begin the next day, and sure enough the next day Vincent and Ryan come with all the equipment and get straight to work. It was a big job but they got it done in less than a week! Very friendly and professional the entire time they were working. The air conditioning has now been running flawlessly for over a month. The best air conditioning I've ever had and whisper quiet! The two units upstairs cool the entire floor and I can now work comfortably in my home office all day! I'll definitely be calling upon AquaFlow again for my future plumbing and air conditioning needs. I'm incredibly impressed by the service and professionalism.
