I am not exactly dissatisfied with the person who came to perform the service; I want to comment here on Winters as a business. Their goal appears to be to sell contracts for extremely high-priced services; their selling point is their promptly showing up when called. I was very displeased to discover that what I thought was a service contract, at around $50 per month, does not in fact pay for any future work except periodic cleaning of the boiler. The principal benefit appears to be that they promise to put you at the front of the line when you call for service other than scheduled maintenance. I am now kicking myself for signing this contract.

I had a very good experience with Chilli Willie Plumbing of Saugus. I needed a Vent for a dryer installed, a few places I called were not interested in the job(one said it was to small, one thought it was to hard drilling through stucco). They did a nice job on the Dryer Vent, as well as replacing an old rusted check valve. Jared and Stephan were very polite and professional, as well as knowledgeable. They helped me by answering my questions, even with a quick response after the job, for a follow up question. I highly recommend them, especially for Gas Dryer Vents(or jobs that are unusual that other people may shy away from)

My heating system broke during the cold winter months. My uncle referred me to Silas. I called Silas he came in right away and was able to replace the parts needed. During this summer my AC stopped working I called Silas again. ( of course :)) he answered right away and stopped by the same day and fixed the unit by that evening with new parts.
