The crew removed the old water heater tank and installed a customer-supplied new water heater. The team was easy to communicate with and the effort of removing the old tank was epic considering the size of the tank (120 gallon) and the narrow space. The work did leave dents on a window panel and the stair rail, and also stains on the carpet (which the crew cleaned it out later). But the manager was okay with a reimbursement for the cost of repair. Overall, the work is professional and satisfactory.

I called late on a Wednesday night after we discovered our sink drain was clogged and Pat was able to come to our house and fix it by noon on Thursday. He was friendly, efficient, and super helpful with giving us advice on how to avoid clogging the sink again (rice evades our sink trap and can accumulate, who knew). The technician arrived about 20 minutes later than was estimated, but his work was very efficient. He explained procedures carefully and cleaned up the work area before leaving. He also described the optional camera follow up to determine the location of the obstruction in the piping, which was included with the price of the repair. I received a call to schedule the follow up shortly after the first person left, and the visit was scheduled for the next day.I appreciated the detailed explanations from both service technicians, as well as the offer for additional assistance when needed.
