Best Bathtub Installation in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Paul was very polite and professional. I am very happy with my new water heater. Very clean and professional plumber that I would like to recommend to anyone.

Called on Tuesday, problem solved on Wednesday. Had a toilet slowly seeping from below. Plumber arrived early after alerting me by phone (!). Discovered a broken cast iron flange that had been seeping for years (wet floor board edges) . What looked at first like an insurmountable and costly expense (time and money), plumber fixed with modern parts in a few hours. So relieved (as will be my downstairs neighbor!) Explained problems and process for me all the way through. 2nd time I've used them.

Thank you Roto-Rooter for sending Stephen H to fix my sewer blockage. He is the best. He worked very hard to clear the blockage in my basement. I have had other plumbing people but none can compare to the effort and completion of his work. He is outstanding. You can tell he cares by the way he keeps checking the blockage to make sure it is clear and that the water is flowing freeley. He is truely an expert in his work. Used Dave's service on a number of occasions. He came by again today and fixed the kitchen drainage. It was a tough situation and took him a full hour. He was professional, excellent at work, and also a guy very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Rhino Rooter to anyone!
