McMahon Plumbing did an excellent job addressing a leaking pipe that was causing water to leak from my bathtub down to the lower floor basement. They assessed the problem efficiently, gave an accurate estimate, and came out a few days later and were able to do a very major job within the day. Adam was great, they were courteous and kept their work spaces clean, and when he had to get to the pipes by cutting into the wall and going behind a wood wall panel, he did a full recovery of the paneled area, and left my floors and walls in good shape afterward. I was very pleased!!
Also - I used McMahon a year ago. When I had a leak in my basement, I called McMahon, and they were responsive and courteous on the phone. An hour later, they called me to let me know John was on the way. He was courteous, very clear and professional in his explanations, evaluated the problem rapidly and completed what was a big job in a very effective and rapid fashion. He also trouble shot some other issues in the house, found a running toilet and fixed that too! It was a very pleasant and effective experience - thank you for such a great job!

Old gas dryer broke, needed a new one installed. Tried calling a number of other plumbers and many of them were unresponsive, had high quotes (or ridiculous $125 service fee to have them come out for the quote), or no available slots for weeks.

From the get go Frank was awesome — quick to respond (answered first time I called), great quote (total price was lower end of quote), and scheduled for the next day. Day of, he called because he was running EARLY and came quickly. Installed the new gas dryer no problem, made sure everything was hooked up correctly, no leaks, and took extra time to make sure the closet door could close (really small room and original layout didn't take into consideration the dryer exhaust vent). Overall really happy I found him — will def use again.

We hired them to clean our tankless hot water heater. Brian is amazing! Very smart, super high attention to detail and took the time to walk me through everything that he did. He was very clear in his explanations and took such great care of us. Cannot recommend Winter’s, and specifically Brian, enough. If you call, ask for Brian. I will be using them permanently!

We called in a pinch tonight when our toilet (the only one in the apartment!) was clogged and none of our at home methods worked! We had a plumber at our door within the hour (at 11pm)! He was extremely professional and efficient. Had our toilet up and running in no time. Would highly recommend this service if you need emergency plumbing!

I highly recommend this company. They are professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I called the company this morning for a replacement AC condensate pump that caused a leak. Owner said they were able to come out on the same day and not only that, but they arrived on time. Their work was thorough and the owner was able to explain to me some issues that I may encounter in the future with my AC unit. And before leaving, they made sure they cleaned up everything.
