Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

I HIGHLY recommend Akian plumbing.My AC went out after regular business hours, I was able to get in touch with Akian without any issue at all. I initially spoke with Steve who had one of his staff at my home in under an hour and a half from when I called!Communication regarding the service call, pricing, and timing was clear and spot on. The tech that came, Jeremy, let me know in advance when he was going to arrive and was fantastic! He came along with another staff member, Brendan, and all I can say is that they were professional, resolved the problem in under an hour, and I can not recommend them enough.This was my first interaction with Akian, and from my first interaction with Steve to my final interaction with Alex ... Very professional. They serviced my gas furnace and checked out my hot water heater. The previous plumber I had called out didn't even understand the venting situation with my hot water heater and they left and came back just to re-light the pilot light... Mound, on the other had, was immediately able to identify the setup and diagnose what had happened. I'll be using them for regular service going forward.
