Shouldn't look forward to having to call the plumber but the whole team is so pleasant and professional we do. Had them come out to Arlington twice in the past 2 months to do separate steam heat repairs on our newly purchased home and they were extremely responsive, helpful, reasonable and efficient. Couldn't give a higher review.

Absolutely recommend! Jim did an excellent job installing our brand new system and guiding us through the oil-to-gas conversion. Even when we encountered hiccups outside of the project scope (hello, sudden asbestos removal!), he managed them professionally, efficiently, and with plenty of communication. We're really happy with our new system (so much hot water!) and would recommend Jim's services to anyone!

I reached out to Montrond Company during a heat wave when my AC gave up on me. Silas answered the call and stopped by to look at my unit the same day that evening and figured out it was the capacitor that was broken. He was able to replace it the following morning and I've had no issues with my AC since then! I am impressed with Silas and the Montrond Company's responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. He gave me some good advice and suggestions on a heating issue I've been dealing with and plan to use them for that project as well. The Montrond Company is trustworthy and has the customer's best interest at heart.

My wife and I just bought our first house. Just our luck that in the first month, there was a plumbing issue. We scrambled to find a plumber, and J & B was able to help. Brian from J & B stopped by and took care of everything. He was personable, knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all my questions (even general questions about the plumbing systems in old houses).

Overall, we really got lucky by finding J & B. We will definitely call on them again next time there is an issue or if we decide to do some routine maintenance.

Wayne helped me save time and money by allowing me to send him pictures of the water main piping a home inspector said needed to be looked at. He was very quick to call me back and to tell me exactly what was worth fixing vs leaving as is. I appreciate Wayne's honesty and will definitely call him back if I ever have other plumbing issues.

Prompt and efficient service. I had a clogged toilet and they came the same day and fixed it in 15”. Bill was kind and professional. I found the service to be a bit on the expensive side ($280).

Was able to get a plumber out to inspect and fix the problem at my house on short notice. Mr. Erick, the plumber who came to fix the problem, was prompt, polite, courteous, and empathic. The Office's Conor was just as nice, helpful, and enlightening as everyone else there.

Rich Matthews installed an indirect water heater in our home, and the overall experience has been super-positive. He took the time to explain how indirect heating systems works, the pros and cons of other types of water heating systems, and helped us identify the best solution for our home. The first “visit” was virtual, via FaceTime, and he surveyed the existing setup with a lot of attention to detail before proposing how to proceed. He came over the next day to prep / setup, and the day after installed the heater! He is very professional, super organized, excellent communicator, has great attention to detail, followed covid-safety protocols. This has been a very positive experience. Finding an honest, really good plumber is a find! We have that in Frank Formica. He does everything and always gives a range of solutions to a problem to give us options for what way to go. We really like how fast he responds when we call, and he also works efficiently and cleans up once he's done with the repair. Not to mention, his prices are always fair and he's just a great guy.

I called at 1 PM to schedule an appointment for an urgent problem the same day. We were given a 5-8 PM window. No one showed up and no one called to update us, so I followed up at 8.00 PM. You'll need to reschedule, I was told. When I questioned them and stressed the urgency of our situation, they said, Ok, we can get someone out to you later tonight. Another hour and a half passed with no update. When I followed up this time, they were adamant, We can't come tonight. Gee, thanks for the help!

I picked Catano Plumbing randomly from the yellow pages. Noticed they have been in business for over 50yrs , so I decided to call. All I dealt with were prompt ,knowledgeable ,efficient and professional and reasonably priced. Was very pleased with the quality of the products and the service.[ and the clean-up after they were done] I would absolutely have them back for more work to be done and recommend them to others
