Best Toilet Repair in Boston MA

I hired Tommy to replace outdated plumbing in a new home that I purchased. The home was built in the 1950's and had several problematic cast iron pipes throughout that were beginning to leak. Tommy and his apprentice Brendan replaced all of these problematic pipes in our kitchen. They were meticulous and had tremendous attention to detail. They also worked very efficiently and the job was completed much sooner than I had originally anticipated. The price was fair and the work was high quality. I would definitely hire Tommy again and highly recommend Velocity plumbing.

Excellent service. I had a plumbing emergency over the Easter holiday. Nobody else would come out to help me. These guys guys did, even though I lived well beyond their usual service area. They took care of the problem with professionalism and left everything clean, tidy and (most importantly) functional. In the end, the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment and they did not show up, call, or respond to my text asking if they were still coming. Now I have to find someone else to fix the leak under my sink. Very disappointing.

Joe came by to fix a leaky sink and ended up being hugely helpful with problems I was having with a recent new furnace installation (by a different plumber). There were a few simple problems with big consequences, and Joe straighten it out and explained the fixes. He also suggested replacing all 7 radiator steam valves (some not working, all were old). I was very happy with Joe's work and confident in his skills. I will call Joe again!
