Our water heater had been having trouble for months. We had a different plumber come in, but with no luck , actually made the problem worse.

After all this, we found Irfan referred with my friends who use him before for different plumbing needs, He was able to tell us what the problem was (something nobody else had been able to do yet). Within hours, we had our water heaters replaced, something that can often take a few days. He gave us excellent informed advice about what options were going to save us the most money down the line, He was completely professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. I was lucky enough to stumble across Morisset Plumbing & Heating a couple of years back after dealing with recurrent issues with our old heating system. Tony has been such a life saver in that time. He has repaired portions of our heating system, replaced old and rusted pipes, replaced a toilet, faucet and the likes. Tony is reliably communicative, professional, on time (will call or text to let you know if he happens to be running late which I ALWAYS appreciate), thorough and extremely patient. He answers all of my questions in terms I actually understand (my plumbing and heating knowledge is extremely limited). My 2.5 year old son excitedly asks for Tony on the days he’s planning to do some work on the house and will talk about him for the following days. I can’t recommend Tony enough!

He wasn’t able to fix sink with snaking but referred me to a drain person to try before the next step of damaging walls. The drain person was able to snake it, it was a challenging set up.

Petros rebuilt 13 shutoff valves in my condo and installed a new kitchen faucet. He was clean, very quick, and knowledgeable. He loves his job and wants to do quality work. I appreciate that he explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it, and all his work made sense to me.

In contrast, I contacted 3 other plumbers - all of them were more expensive by varying degrees and estimated that the repairs would take all day. A few of them suggested repairs that were questionable.

I met Martin when he was brought in to do the plumbing for a new bathroom in our home. He has returned to help with other plumbing problems. He is conscientious, thorough, and reliable.
