After having a breakdown of a 11 year old water natural gas hot water heater we wanted to understand our options. After a visit from a local firm who after a cursory review provided some fairly generic options, we called Vincent from Aquaflow at the recommendation of a good friend who had Aquaflow update his heating system. Vincent was responsive, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and took us through some options after a careful review of our systems.

We ended up deciding to install an indirect system powered by our heating system boiler - simpler, low maintenance, and very efficient. The pricing was reasonable, and the installation extremely professional and included fixing some longstanding issues in our heating system. We will plan to work with Vincent and the Aquaflow team for ongoing maintenance and would highly recommend him for any heating or hot water work..

New sewage lines were installed up from my property to the street, as described in The Boston Plumber. The way of travel was cleared of any tree lines. After the tweaks, everything has operated without a hitch. The Boston area's plumbing improvements are greatly appreciated.

Kevin was very quick to answer my email and phone call and was able to check our units just a few days later! He did a great job on assessing what was wrong, diagnosing the problem and repairing it. I got a quick response, however, the plumber spent less than five minutes unclogging a first floor toilet, charged $140.00 and I was left with about three gallons of waste water in the basement to clean up. When I called, his reply was, It'll dry up ... I will not be using their services again.

They never answer the phone or respond back for days. They installed a 2 water heater that don't work and try to blame others. I would NOT RECOMMEND METRO BOSTON PLUMBING!!!!

I was told everything they were going to do, given options before work was done, and provided a prompt and reasonable quote. The work was done quickly and professionally. I now have a go-to plumber.

On a Thursday night I noticed our old water heater had been leaking, then quickly found Excel online and had a booking for the next morning. The technician LB was at our house exactly on time, diagnosed that we needed a new unit and started immediately on the work. We had a new unit installed in a few hours.
