Our service from Roto Rooter was great. The technician clearly explained the issue and options for addressing it. He got right to work and worked quickly. He was friendly and courteous throughout the whole experience.

Was able to get a plumber out to inspect and fix the problem at my house on short notice. Mr. Erick, the plumber who came to fix the problem, was prompt, polite, courteous, and empathic. The Office's Conor was just as nice, helpful, and enlightening as everyone else there.

Big thanks to the entire team at Trust 1 for the service they provided us. We had to replace a failing Navien combi-boiler. I was seeking a reliable product and a top-notch installation. Throughout the Sales process John was both thorough and responsive. He presented me with many options to choose from and took the time to properly communicate the differences between each. Ultimately, we agreed on an option and price point that was beneficial to both parties. The installation process exceeded my expectations. Jose arrived on time and was professional every step of the way. He completed the installation in a single day and kept a very clean workspace. Randy came out on the same day I called, fixed the drain situation very quickly & was extremely professional. Not to mention, price friendly. I would definitely hire Rapid Flow if I ever have another drain problem (hopefully I don’t have to)
