Andy was quick and efficient and the price was much cheaper than Roto Rooter. I had roots in my sewer line and Andy was able to jet the line clear the roots at several locations along the line and confirm with tv inspection.

I have been working with Narrow Way on a number of jobs around my house, an old! Boston house; jobs have ranged from putting in a laundry sink to plumbing a bathroom . They are very reliable; they come when they say they will, they complete the work they say they will in budget. If they can't do it in budget they let you know why and they have options. They know how to deal with old homes and the surprises they bring to any job. And they treat the customer like a partner instead of the opposition or a brainless impediment (or worse). Our heating system started blowing cold air so we called our usual plumber (who also does heating), but never received a return call after 24 hours. During that time period we also called someone else who was very highly rated and also never received a returned call. I then called Aquaflow who had some great reviews as well and Vincent called me back in about 45 minutes. He told me he could come out the next morning which was great and he even showed up exactly when he estimated that he would! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and told me every thing he was checking out to diagnose the problem. Within a couple of hours the part that failed was replaced and I had heat again. I very much appreciate his quick response and the quality of work provided, especially during some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up to your house being 49 degrees, but thanks to Vincent we will be waking up much warmer tomorrow morning!

I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.
