Adam is fabulous! First of all, you would not expect these qualities in a plumber: Soft spoken, kind, generous hearted. I refer to him as the Zen Plumber. I texted him on a Friday night to tell him that the sink he worked on a few years before had started leaking. He came out Saturday morning. We discovered that the part that was installed wrong was the finishing touches my handyman had done when installing a new sink. Even though it wasn’t his work, he fixed it for free! What surprising and amazing customer service!

The technician, John, arrived on time and evaluated the problem - our water heater was no longer functional. John removed the old unit and installed a new, comparable, unit. The job took about three hours, which is what had been predicted. At all time John was courteous and informative. He left the premises neat & clean

I received excellence same day service due to a plumbing issue which caused significant water damage in my house. Conrad (1635) was the first employee to my house and quickly troubleshooted and resolved the plumbing issue. He was quickly followed by Patrick (2013) who walked me through the water restoration process and what to expect. He had tremendous patience and answered all of my questions with no problem. Craig B. Lion's is who we called to fix the problems that other plumbing companies made. When we renovated, Lion's was brought in to fix all of the faucets, the soaking tub, maintain our high efficiency boiler, etc. Most recently, they fixed a sewer line issue. We use them for our place and the rental. And, one of the few company we recommend to friend's and family. Great company! Amazing people!
