We had a plumbing issue and Mike was at our home in under 12 hours, gave us a one hour window of arrival (much better than the cable companies!) and arrived right on time! He had our issue resolved, and gave us some great advice!

Rotorooter's Technician, Isaac, provided excellent, thorough, and timely service on a holiday no less! Rotorooter responded to my call on New Year's Eve, and Isaac came out on New Year's Day - right at 10am, when scheduled. Isaac took the time to evaluate the problem, provide a thorough estimate, and explain the parts and what he needed to do for the repair. Isaac completed the repair efficiently and with excellent workmanship, even making sure no dust was left behind. Henry at Lion's Plumbing has performed professional, flawless, impeccable work in our house. He has gained our total confidence for his honesty and seriousness to the work at hand. During the renovations of our home in Petworth for our Victorian House, he installed all new plumbing, new toilets and Water heater and water tank. He also installed a renovated 100 year old sink and faucet in the main bathroom and a new shower to our original bathtub. Had an issue develop with a clogged toilet and sink in my bathroom. Within a few hours of the call for help, All Plumbing was at my condo within the time specified. Darin was exceptionally professional and courteous. He explained the problems in detail, how it would be resolved, and the applicable costs (prior to work being started). i had aqua flow install a new water heater for me and they did an exceptional job... the aqua flow plumber explained what he was doing making sure that the installation was up to code...very knowledgeable ...i also had them check my drain off garbage disposal...it tended to back up .....he ran a camera thru it showing me what the problem was...awesome company and i was very satisfied with their work...awesome guys! highly recommendable!
