I'd give zero stars if I could. Hired Stevens to clear my french drains. Cancelled our first appointment late the afternoon before. So, I rescheduled. I called to see if they did the work late in the day and they didn't know. Ultimately, they informed me that the pipes needed to be dug up and replaced. I hired Roto Rooter to clear them, which they did.

Then a week later Stevens called to charge me for multiple hours of work they did failing to clear the drains. Why'd they do work if the job couldn't be done? And if it couldn't be done, how is it that another company managed it.

Contractors in the DMV are the worst. Sadly, Stevens has joined the fray of poor contractors.

Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. I highly recommend Mr. Super Plumber who provided fast and courteous service. My water bill would have been astronomical. Great Job! By: Larry B.

Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.

Keston's is amazing. We had a pretty complex problem that required a new shower pan and tiling, plus repair to some pipes in the living room ceiling below and repair of a giant hole in the ceiling as a result of another plumber's inability to find the issue.

Ken was friendly and thorough in his assessment of the issue. He told me the job would take 2-3 days, and he and his subcontractors finished in a day and a half! They also left every area immaculate and were careful to cover the floors and furniture. What's more, they befriended my dog and were considerate of my son's nap by walking and talking quietly during that time. Their price was reasonable and even more so after the quality of their work and general pleasantness of the experience. We will absolutely hire them again.

Thank you to Henry and Edenia I was able to do a home inspection when I bough my new house. They came in and fixed my leaking sinks, checked all my pipes and toilets. Even gave me free consultation and charged me just the right price. I highly recommend them, they are Highly trained professionals the best part is that they are also bilingual. The difference between basic service and exceptional service is the willingness of the service provider to support your unique situation. In my case I was preparing my condo for sale and needed a plumbing inspection I could not be present to review. The 4 Fast representative came to my place, conducted the inspection, filled out the paperwork, and texted me an image of the final form. Their willingness to work with me and around the scheduled sale of my home made a huge difference! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I'm so please to write this review my tech name was Mauong I hope I spelled it correct. Anyway he was the most pleasant and wonderful tech to have in my home doing the work. Roto-Rooter had him at my home less than 1 hour and everything was done in 3 hours nice and neat cleaned up after himself and everything.
