Best Plumbing Need in Washington DC

I've had Durance provide plumbing services on a couple of occasions at various properties that I own. This time I called on Sat about a water pipe and water heater issue at a resale property I bought earlier in the year. They indicated their schedule was packed but would work to fit me in on the upcoming Monday afternoon. They came out as promised and quickly diagnosed the issues. They explained what was going on and offered me some options. Finally they performed all the required/ requested work satisfactorily. Continue to be pleased with their services and personnel.

We were referred by a mutual friend and Keston was a life saver. A very nice person and efficient. It's good to know I have a go-to company now that I feel comfortable with their work.

Jeff (1174) was very prompt, getting there within the hour. He diagnosed one problem instantly and then did the sautering work I needed very quickly. He knocked the price down to be more reasonable; very pleased with my service.

I am extremely satisfied with the service that Lions Plumbing and Heating provided. I had a bad pipe leak within my walls that Lions Plumbing and Heating was able to diagnose and repair by replacing the pipes. The service request was done swiftly but with great care. The technician also took time before, during, and after to explain what was going on and how he remedied the situation. The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable as well. Old water pipes, oh no! What a drag. So in the long run I decided to have all of them replace in my home with new copper pipes. So I got on the phone with Plumber in DC and I was impressed. They took the time to do the job correctly and efficiently. I really liked how they took the time to explain things to me. I had a wonderful experience with Plumber in DC and I highly recommend them. They know what they are doing. And they are very friendly. It was like your friends came to save you from your clogged kitchen sink. When I called, James answered right away. I said, “James, water backed up again! What should I do?” He gave me a tip and it worked. I will definitely call him whenever I need help with clogged drains.

Great, quick, and efficient service! I had one of their plumbers come fix what I thought was a shower valve issue since I wasn't receiving hot water on it (which i googled), their experts let me know that they needed to install a spool & cartilage to my shower to fix it. Of course they knew the issue and resolved it there asap!
