Best Need Plumbing Services in Washington DC

I moved to the area about a year ago and had a drip in my shower the entire time. I called Durance and they scheduled me an appointment at the beginning of the week - everyone else said it would be 2/3 weeks before someone could come out. Adam and Matt arrived early, talked me through everything they did beforehand, went to the hardware store twice, completely replaced my shower hardware, and put the bathroom back together better than they found it. The job in total took 6 hours and they did not stop once.
Quality service is hard to find, and I am fortunate that I do not have to look any further for any home repairs going forward.

We are first time home buyers and were recommended Keston’s by a friend. Our plumber, Ken went above and beyond with his level of professionalism, expertise, and customer service. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, he explained everything he was doing and even explained what to look for if other parts in the toilet were to break. He pointed out a few pipes to be concerned about and even helped me with a few other concerns I had around the house. So glad with our decision to choose them, they provided peace of mind and eased our anxieties of being new home owners! We will always be going with Keston’s in the future.

Had an incredible experience with Dama. He was quick and courteous and provided all the information we needed further mitigation.We had a trip planned and almost had to cancel it when we discovered the basement toilet having backflow issues. Dama deduced the problem and explained it to us so we’d understand the total issue.Within an hour he was done, we paid, and he left us with enough to make a later flight out.Dama, and Roto Rooter just saved my wife’s bday weekend plans!

I called Lion’s, and their service was great, fair prices and couldn’t be happier to see all the issues I had at home fixed. The best experience ever with a plumber~ So my basement flooded... a lot. And the plumber I originally got would only tell me the sump pump was the problem. He didn’t want to fix it. I needed someone to immediately mitigate and fix the issue that created my flood. Looking at reviews online while fighting with other providers to get the water out of my apartment, I contacted Mike at Plumber in DC. While I continued fighting with other venders to begin the cleanup, Mike arranged to come by that next day. When I wasn’t available in the morning and then had a narrow window for when my home would be accessible, Mike adjusted his arrival to avoid the conflict. He identified the problem- the electrical outlet fried my sump pump, called me to let me know the issue, replaced the pump and rerouted the power to a functioning outlet and forwarded a report on what happened- and he did all the work in just over an hour. He also recommended a company to help with the flood cleanup. While other contractors were dragging their feet, looking for ways to get a payout from the insurance company, Plumber in DC simply fixed the problem and provided resources to help. If you need a plumber to do the work right in a very short period of time while not ripping you off, Plumber in DC is the plumber to get. I can’t recommend them more highly!

I just want to give you all another thumbs up for all plumbing inc. They were $30 more than the cheapest guy but appeared to be the most reliable. They were clean, polite, showed up on time and quick. Can't say enough about it. Super impressed!

If you're looking for someone quick and efficient in their work call James, prices are reasonable. He fixed a clogged tub drain in my bathroom and did an incredible job. He has a 5 Star ⭐ rating, go check him out.

Fabulous service from Barnes Plumbing today; so pleased that I was motivated to write a review. My bathrooms are as old as the hills and have parts that look like they came out of an archaeological dig (!) Jonny S. figured out what was needed and was able to make a very satisfactory but temporary repair last week while he tracked down parts. He came back to install them today and our 'ye olde' shower now works like a charm. And in addition to great service and expertise, it was a joy to observe and benefit from the pride he takes in his work. Considerate and neat...and willing to indulge the 93-year-old in our house with a photo; made my day TBH. I wish all contractors were like this!

I got my HVAC system repaired by them and they were very thoughtful and open with questions. I can't say the same with other companies who tried to overcharge.

The backflow repair service I used was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. The technicians were knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue with my backflow system. I would definitely use their services again if needed.
