Giovanni and Eric came on relatively short notice and was able diagnose and fix 3 issues causing my master shower/tub to leak into the dining room below. He did it all within an hour or so and was very reasonably priced!

Called Roto-Rooter after reading various reviews of other plumbing services. This is the second time I've had a sewer line block in the past year. Another contractor cleared it for me before. Called to make an appointment and they were able to see me same day. Sat Gin, was upfront and professional about the cost which was quite high ($600) to unclog the sewer line.After about 1.5 hr, the tech let me know he snaked about 95 feet and hit a block that he cleared at about 30 ft. He was clean and thorough and didn't leave a mess. He also scheduled me for a free camera inspection of my sewer lines next week.Overall pretty good, except the price which is on the higher side.

Had the pleasure of working with them and definitely recommend. They were down to earth and followed through on their promise, which is very important to us as well.

Do not use MH Barnes for Heat Pump Hot Water Heaters. We had them install an AO Smith water heater 22 months ago. They had promised a unit with a 10 year warranty and delivered a unit with a six year warrantly.

After six months the heat pump portion of it failed. They could not diagnose it. They sent out a junior person when it failed who knew nothing about heat pump hot water heaters. We called repeatedly for follwo up after this one visit. Barnes did not return phone calls.They did not help us with a warranty claim.

After we reached out to AO Smith directly, they helped us diagnose the failure using two simple thermometers and the software on the heat pump. AO Smith offered a warranty replacement.

I would not have Barnes do any work for us again.

We used Aspen Hill twice recently for two different problems. It was highly recommended by a friend. The same person, Sam, came to do the repair. Sam was very pleasant, nice and very patient explaining what needed to be done. We were very happy with the results. Sam seemed to be very knowledgeable of his craft but never came across as condescending. It was a pleasure dealing with such a nice young man.

Great service. We needed a new water heater and to replace some shower fixtures, and Tim was able to give us a quote just by looking at pictures that I sent him via email. Everything works and looks great now, we're very pleased!

They told me that this company does not service condo's.
