As a private person and a Realtor, I have been very happy with Maurice's (aka Mr. Super Plumber) work. He has rescued me when my AC was out on a hot Friday night when I couldn't find anyone else who would come AND he didn't overcharge me. Maurice is conscientious and honest and is my go-to guy.

Sorry but I was very disappointed with the service and price.

My main complaint is that they didn’t fix the problem and didn’t even do what they said they were going to do to try to fix it.

Beyond that, the price was absurd. They charged $120 for materials for maybe $5 worth of duct sealant (and didn’t even use enough to seal the ducts!)

They charged 12 hours of labor at $90 an hour, but the guys were here for about 2.5 hours, and most of that time was spent waiting for another guy to bring over duct sealant. I called and pointed this out and they reduced it to 6 hours of labor.

They were on-time, very nice, easy to make an appointment. I just don’t know what I got for $800.

These guys really know their stuff! After struggling for months with hot water and heating problems which other technicians told me they didn't know how to fix or couldn't be fixed, Frederick solved both problems in no time at all. Can't recommend this business enough, and already planning on using them for other work!

We’ve had several jobs done by Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Each and every time they've come out, they were extremely responsive, punctual and professional. They consistently call ahead to confirm our appointment and arrive on time. Even when we had an emergency involving an issue with water in our basement (due to a sump pump malfunction), Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling recognized the urgency of the situation and came out the very same day (on a weekend). Their quality of work and service far exceeds our experience with other, well-known large companies we've hired in the past. As consumers, we aren't all knowledgeable in these trades; however, Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling has accurately identified the cause and source of the problem each time, without guesswork. They described the available options to remedy the problem, with pros and cons for each, giving us the opportunity to make well-informed decisions, without any surprises. Their work has always been meticulously executed, with efficiency, outstanding quality and results. Best of all, their prices were fair and reasonable. There were no hidden charges. Thank you!

Awesome service from beginning to end. It started with Chris Martin, the customer service/sales representative. Then it ended with Mike! Mike is the best tech that I have ever seen! He came into my home, surveyed the work to be performed, returned to his vehicle, came back and immediately started to prepare the work area by covering my floors with a tarp to prevent any possible damage that could occur to my property. He later informed me of the work that would be done and walked me thru the process from beginning to end prior to starting the job! The added bonus, was that he finished ahead of time! I strongly recommend Sila for any and all of your HVAC needs. Five Stars across the board!

Don't waste your time calling after hours. They are not 24 hour service.

Len The Plumber came out, and looked at the toilet to be installed and said it was beyond his expertise ???😡😡. He said he didn’t have a drill I said I have a drill, he couldn’t do it. When I made the appointment I told them it was a European toilet. Mr Jonathan Narh. He said call the manufacturer to see if they could recommend another plumber. Unbelievable had to have the water turned of for 5 floors in condominium

We have been using Aquaflow for some time in our commercial store Zips in College Park and have no complaints whatsoever. They also did our annual inspections for our backflow preventers required by WSSC in a very timely and professional manner.
We highly recommend them!!!

He may be a good plumber, but he is totally unreliable. He didn't come at all on the day he said he was coming. He doesn't answer his phone mail.

Jimmy had installed a pressure reducing valve on our old furnace in 2017. By accident, I must have turned off the water to the furnace and so the pressure value wouldn’t work. We thought the part went bad. Jimmy agreed to come out for a service call and to repair or replace the part if necessary at no charge. When his technician realized what had happened, he called Jimmy and explained the situation and he left without charging us any fees. We are grateful to Jimmy for his generosity and intend to continue to use him for all of our furnace needs!
