I have to share this plumber with anyone in need. Save this company for future or current use. When I was in need of help the owner personally spoke with me, made sure he had a backup crew come when things got challenging with my repair and then showed up himself. He was fair and well priced. I will only work with them in the future. A+. Very ethical which is hard to find.

The plumber James Lian Tech #2629 did a great job and handled quickly. Also, Jason Nelson, Restoration Specialist was very efficient, professional and quite helpful and sent a team out to service water damage the same day and did a great job.

Do not use MH Barnes for Heat Pump Hot Water Heaters. We had them install an AO Smith water heater 22 months ago. They had promised a unit with a 10 year warranty and delivered a unit with a six year warrantly.

After six months the heat pump portion of it failed. They could not diagnose it. They sent out a junior person when it failed who knew nothing about heat pump hot water heaters. We called repeatedly for follwo up after this one visit. Barnes did not return phone calls.They did not help us with a warranty claim.

After we reached out to AO Smith directly, they helped us diagnose the failure using two simple thermometers and the software on the heat pump. AO Smith offered a warranty replacement.

I would not have Barnes do any work for us again.

In May 2023, I contacted Tim's shop seeking help with leaky taps in my shower, some mysterious leak over my dining room table, and a non-functioning outdoor hose spigot. Within 24 hours, plumbing professional Mike showed up, gave me an estimate, had me sign off on the work, rolled up his sleeves and got to work right away. 5 hours later, all problems were solved! I was confused about some billing charges after he had wrapped up, so contacted Tim, who quickly remediated the charges.

Overall, I'd give Tim Whistler plumbing an A+ for quick and professional service + complete integrity on billing charge accuracy. Would highly recommend!

Pricing is reasonable and billing is very clear. They are the most work focused and responsive company I've worked with in a long time. I represent multiple residential clients and they have been incredibly responsive and thorough without fail. Highly recommend.

Eric is an excellent, no hassle plumber with a very friendly personality. I had a clogged kitchen drain that I couldn't reach with a 25 ft snake. When I first called, he wasn't going to be able to make it out until the following morning. He called me back a few hours later and said he could squeeze me in and could be there in 30 minutes. He quoted a price, and stuck to it. He didn't try to up-charge me for other services and gave me some good tips on how to keep the drains clean using an enzymatic cleaner. He also cautioned me about using some types of drain cleaners that might eat through my old ABS pipes. He even helped me pick out the best brand on Amazon. I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

Aquaflow, hands down the best around. I have used them for years at my house built in the 50s and my business. Always on time. great prices, they are on point with knowledge and have fixed mind boggling issues I've had.They have always fixed the issues the first time with no run around like most other companies feed you.

I will continue to use them and recommend them. I'd give them 11 out of 10 stars.

R&G Plumbing came out to repair a burst pipe. They capped the pipes (for about $300), but did not fix it, telling me they'll come back in a few days. They then quoted me over $4000 to finish the job (we found someone else who did a great job for less than $500). Lastly, they damaged some of the siding when they were working and have refused to fix or replace it. Working with them was a horrible experience. I will never use them again.
