I found me super plumber on line called and made a appt to get a price for my air conditioning system to be replaced. I already had 2 quotes from other contractors I decided to hire Mr super plumber. (1) They gave me a better price. (2) they were on time and extremely classy presentation clean cut and professional. (3) The estimator was very patient with explaining the process and details of the install I could feel the pride with this company caring about there customers and quality of work. The other contractors didn't make me feel like they truly cared about me as a customer, the way mr super plumber did. I would strongly encourage any and all of my friends and family to use this company the install turned out wonderful.

They submitted a bid on a commercial project then ended up not returning calls or emails, either from the estimator directly or from the office. Set us back quite a bit.

We had an issue with our Navien tankless water that our original contractor could not figure out for months. Navien recommended Charles and Sons. Frederick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed that day with parts he already had in his van. They clearly are knowledgeable and experienced, and very professional. Technician Tyler Brawner came out the same day and had our AC issue diagnosed, repaired, and cooling down in less than an hour. He explained everything he was doing, asked me if I had any questions, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of (vents open, filters clean, CO detectors working.) Best repair experience I’ve had as a homeowner.

I have been using this compony services for several years now. It does not matter if you have major project or just need small repair they are always available, come on time , reasonably priced and do quality work .Highly recommend .

Their drivers are reckless. The driver of W L Gary Company, Inc. (a work van) cut me off in traffic, not using a turn signal, nearly smashing into my vehicle. The car behind me almost rear ended me because I had to slam on my brakes and swerve left (almost hitting another vehicle).

We have excellent experience with Gusky. They replaced our broken toiled on Christmas eve despite bad weather they got all the parts. Larry their technician was extremely polite and competent. Mr. Gusky himself is very efficient. We highly recommend his company
