Best Bathroom Remodel Plumbing in Washington DC

I have no problem at all with my current sump pump but, I purchased an emergency backup system for protection, in case of a power outage, and needed it installed so I contacted Joseph Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to do the job for me. My appointment was scheduled for a 9-12 window and the gentlemen were knocking at my door at 8:55 am. They went to my pump to assess my needs, mentioned an alternative option to the pump that I had already purchased, quoted me a price and immediately went to work. Not only did the gentlemen install my new back up sump pump but they also corrected a potential problem with the PVC pipe that was already in place. Once all the work was done, they cleaned the area of all the old pipes and useless materials. In summary, the team that came to my home was punctual, professional, reasonably priced and, I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I would run swiftly in the other direction if you are considering using this company! Save yourself the headache.

Contracted Mr. Super Plumber (Maurice Walton), on Thursday, December 10 to do a very simple install and exchanging out of pipes and rough-in in the basement before concrete was poured. I hesitantly gave him a 40% upfront and he also asked for another 10% when the job began. Regrettably, I did this and this is where the nightmare began. I know the job was simple because we hired a plumber afterwards who did the job in a half of day with a complete crew. Hindsight is always 20/20!

He showed up the following Tuesday with one worker that did not speak english (called him his helper) and was completely unprepared to do what we had contracted him to do. He spent most of that first day talking and making excuses about why he could only work 4 hours the first day instead of 8. He said that he was tired from having to respond to an emergency at a woman's house the day before. He asked me if it was ok for him to leave early after the first day because he was tired and that he was ahead of schedule. The work that he did on the 1st day could have been done in one hour with a skilled crew.

Day 2 and 3 were much of the same, he showed up late, left early, left the jobsite on multiple occasions for product runs, and had tons of excuses why a one day job had turned into 5. Maurice also communicated to me that my presence on the job site (the house that I own) made him nervous and asked me to trust him and that good work takes time. This was just another ploy and pressure tactic for him to avoid doing what he said that he would do. Aside from all of these other issues, Mr. Super Plumber was just unprofessional. There was zero urgency to do what he communicated at the time that he said we was going to do it. These were signs that I missed.

The entire time that he was on site he kept reminding me of how much money I was saving by using him and how he wasn't charing me more for things that he began to see that he did not anticipate. I regret that I did not follow my first instinct when I met him and went elsewhere.

To date he has received $3700 dollars from me and on the following Monday when he promised he was going to get the job done has disappeared and is not answering my phone calls or that of our general contractor. He told me that $2700 were for materials and all he bought was $100 worth of PVC pipe at best which are still left on site. I intend to file a police report as well because of this money that was stolen from me. To date he has not returned the deposit that we gave him and stated on the phone in our last conversation that he does not intend to.

I would run swiftly in the other direction if you are considering using this company or guy. I can not say this strongly enough!

I had a leak from a pipe running through my ceiling. Ken was able to field the call at an early hour, arrived at my house early in the day, and was finished by early afternoon. He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days. I will absolutely turn to Ken for future plumbing needs

The difference between basic service and exceptional service is the willingness of the service provider to support your unique situation. In my case I was preparing my condo for sale and needed a plumbing inspection I could not be present to review. The 4 Fast representative came to my place, conducted the inspection, filled out the paperwork, and texted me an image of the final form. Their willingness to work with me and around the scheduled sale of my home made a huge difference! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

My Technician arrived on the hour of the proposed time bracket. He came in, assessed my concern, and then began to describe what was needed. I felt he was knowledgeable, patient, & very professional. He left everything like he found it.This is my second time using Roto-Rooted and I'm grateful to say they always get the job done!

These folks do great work. When the pilot light on our year-old hot water heater wouldn't stay lit, they correctly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs (as oppossed to the first folks we called who tried to sell us a new water heater), including making sure that all the parts were covered under warranty, correctly diagnosed an additional problem with the heater venting and recommended a great service to fix it. They are our plumber from now on.
