I had a need for a follow up service call from Roto-Rooter and was fortunate that Donovan was in my neighborhood. Donovan assessed the situation, made a good decision about how to tackle it, and left the work area in good condition. He also took extra care to ensure the equipment he needed did not cause any damage to my floors/walls while he maneuvered it into the basement from the main floor. And, because the company has a guarantee on their service, this follow-up service did not cost me additional fees. Next up, video drain snaking to get to the bottom of this sadly recurring issue.

The company sent one of the worst technician I have ever encountered. His name was Rahem. He came with an attitude that was unbearable. His task was to fix our pipe. However, he did not want to take our input and directions to what needed to be fix. He refused to finish his job and became defensive and decided to leave with the job undone. I have never experience such horrible service. I recommend to not choose Belle view Plumbing.

$1300 down the drain. He left the country midway through a job and didn't come back for a month! I paid by check, so my money was long gone by the time I realized their was only a trickle of water to bath under. I paid all that money and my children can't even take a bath in a tub full of water, because of his shotty work. Huge disappointment. A total fail.

Great, quick, and efficient service! I had one of their plumbers come fix what I thought was a shower valve issue since I wasn't receiving hot water on it (which i googled), their experts let me know that they needed to install a spool & cartilage to my shower to fix it. Of course they knew the issue and resolved it there asap!
