Joseph 5423 was fantastic! He was extremely professional and thorough. I had no idea how we were going to avoid getting our hot water back without replacing our almost brand new water heater but he came in and solved the problem rapidly without disrupting our routine. Great guy and knowledgeable plumber.

Belle View Plumbing recently repaired a leak for us. Someone came by within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was nice, but after doing half of the job he then DOUBLED the price he originally quoted. This was completely unwarranted because I could not have been more clear in the description of the leak. I stated the location, described the leak, and send pictures of the broken pipe.

We agreed to pay the full price just to get it over with, but after the plumber left we realized that he didn't even replace the insulation that he had to remove to make the repair. Very unhappy with the experience overall. This business seems very sketchy and I am not sure why they have so many positive reviews.
