Cecilia Plumbing came to my home in Virginia Beach and moved a set of water supply lines, sink drains, and roughed in a shower, for my bathroom remodel. I have to say these guys were truely professional. There was a miscommunication on the location of a set of shower spray nozzles but they most definitely made it right. Their customer service is bar none, the best I’ve encountered in quite a while. Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. Approximately 3 days ago I arrived at my home after driving 9hrs at around 3am to find that I had a massive leak that I later learned was my supply line. Never having had to deal with this before, I obviously freaked out and got the water turned off. Later that morning after calling multiple plumbers local to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area I had one come out from a different company (NOT MR. ROOTER) that immediately wanted to charge me $3.5k just to break up concrete and look for the leak. He did not turn the water on, or so much as shine a flashlight on the area I said water was coming from. The next company wanted me to do leak detection through a 3rd party first and then have them do the repair, the leak detection was quoted to be about $500, most other places charge much less.

This is significant because Mr. Zhane Albrecht from Mr. Rooter not only found the leak that was actually located above ground, but explained to me how the damage occurred, why it occurred and how he was going to fix it. This guy is the walking epitome of customer service and satisfaction, he wasn't pushy and you could tell he was advising on matters as if it were his own home which speaks volumes to his character as a professional that cares about people.

Rarely is it ever a good circumstance to have to call out a plumber, but through the unfortunate issue I had, I was thankful I had somebody knowledgeable and honest enough to see me through to the other side WITHOUT trying to rake me over the coals. Thanks Zhane, you're the man!

The water heater in our house on Velva Drive Chesapeake VA was flagged by a house inspector for not having a pan at the base. I reached out to JC plumbing via text messages and they were at the site the next day. Their high level of professionalism and communication forced me to google the company name to rate them. I am glad I chose this company. Their prices are reasonable and their services are just amazing. If JC plumbing schedule could accommodate your request for service, you will be left as a happy customer.

I had a really good experience. The phone agent was very helpful and informative. The two gentleman dispatched to my home arrived quickly. They were able to diagnose my problem quickly and within 15 minutes they were working to resolve it. It took them less than two hours to resolve the problem. I am grateful as my family of four only had one functioning toilet (1st world problems I know), but I am glad to have back my master bathroom privacy. I highly recommend.
