Had an appointment this morning for installing a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and rerouting the pipes for my new sink in the kitchen. The technician did arrive on time and upon arrival seemed like a professional. But that quickly changed when I showed him the work and he was very quick to say not sure what I can do here, I don’t think I can help you and if I do figure it out you might not like the price. After looking and assessing underneath the sink for about 30 minutes he is still not confident on what to do. So he then leaves to give me an estimate and comes back with a quote for over $1,000 for 3 simple things. I said no thank you because he did not know what he was talking about. But of course I had to pay the $69 service call fee. I then called around many companies due to not having a functioning kitchen still and then I was able to find another company who came out on short notice. When this plumber arrived his first answer to me was this is a basic kitchen install and after 30 minutes my kitchen was up and running for a third of the price Atomic was charging. Atomic needs to find reliable plumbers before they get dispatched out to residences.

Mike responded quickly to my inquiry and worked within my time line. He and Jason removed and replaced 2 ceiling fans in my home. They did quality, affordable work. I will be contacting them again in the near future.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

I woke up to a completely stopped up toilet that was backing up into my bathtub. When I went downstairs I was devastated when I saw the water coming out my ceilings and running down my beams. Called Rotorooter and they were there in abt an hour. Not to mention this was 7am on a Saturday and I live in Newport News. I had my drained cleaned and the restoration team in to do the demo. All done the same day. Supervisor even came when I was all dry to check everything. EVERYONE was FANTASTIC, calming and knowledgeable. I would and will recommend to anyone.

We have done business with Tony on a couple of different occasions. We had called him nearly 4 yrs ago to help with a plumbing leak and recently needed more work done while renovating our kitchen.
Both times Tony was able to come within a day and the work was done within a couple days. He went out of his way late on a Friday afternoon to help us out working around other contractors we had in the home.

He responded fast, on time, and was very diligent/patient in working through my home warranty company (CHW) to ensure all issues were resolved at the lowest cost and inconvenience to me.
