When it is summer time and the AC stops working in your house; it is no fun. Called Guy Smith Heating and Cooling and they had someone out there the same day. Had the unit up and running in no time. I am glad when my father had this unit installed that he went with this company. Have always had great customer service and the techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend calling them for any HVAC issues.

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

A1 is absolutely amazing. Very easy to schedule, they send you a message with a picture of the person coming to your house. Christopher Boyd, was very professional, he knew exactly what the issue was came in and had everything done and put back together very quickly. He was in and out of my house in less then 30 minutes. He was on time, and did an amazing job. Thank you for being such an amazing company with awesome employees.

Highly recommend Bertolino plumbing have done multiple jobs for me from removing a stubborn clog to a large diagnostic problem which they figured out was old pipes that needed to be replaced. They are quick to schedule a visit. I have only waited a day before the scheduled visit. Professional, good quality and value. They figure out the problem and work until the problem is resolved.

Appreciate the service and attention to our clogged drainage system. Our technician Mike (#0703) listened to our concerns and quickly diagnosed the problem. In resolving the issue, he discovered that our main sewer line was cracked. He called in a camera specialist (Russell Vette) who drove out to the location, found the broken pipe and scheduled us for a timely repair tomorrow morning. Awesome service all around!
