Best Water Pipe Break in Virginia Beach VA

I have said it time and time again adulting is not for the weak especially when it comes to having necessary work done on your home. I had a few projects that needed to be completed and Cecilia Home Repairs made it easy to get the work done. I have had several different repair businesses come to my home but never followed up with a quote, the next would provide a quote but never answer to schedule the work and then I had some who were upfront and said unfortunately that was beyond their skill set. I was over trying to find someone but I happened to be on NextDoor and saw recommendations for Cecilia Home Repair and decided to shoot my shot and I could not be more happier that I did. Cecilia Home Repair were very responsive, friendly and genuinely made the transaction seamless from quote to finish. I was extremely satisfied with their pricing and work. I definitely will be using Cecilia Home Repair for my future needs.

I can't make out the service man name on the invoice but he was very knowledgeable about his craft. Everything seems good.

Called Newman's and it sounded like just a call center. Quoted me something ridiculous without even looking at the job. Use caution...

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Something very stressful to go through is having a leak in your septic pipes and having sewage leakage under your house. If this happens to you DONT call these people. They’ll send people who can’t fit under your house and then charge you $1000 for NO clean up service AND when you call and try to get ahold of them. They won’t answer and won’t call you back!!! And they won’t give you your money back! I NEVER write bad reviews or reviews at all and I am writing a review so hopefully someone from this company sees it, looks into my case, and gives me my money back!

Expensive, work was not done properly the first time even though they charged $429 for cleaning out my drain. Sewage came out of my yard one week after they supposedly cleared everything. Trample all over my flower bed. They have an act to talk amongst themselves regarding your supposed issues in front of you to make you think that your plumbing is falling apart to scare you and then sell the next job - old school tactic. The camera person came to tell you how bad your pipe is and to sell additional service ($8,200). I do not trust them. Try a local plumber who is honest. These national companies have too many layers of costs and tricks. Stay away!
