These people are awful. They are thieves and unreliable. I had to call them many times to ask them to come see my plumbing project and give me an estimate. When they finally came to my restaurant to give me an estimate, they charged me $100. Most companies don't charge for an estimate (And they call themselves DISCOUNT Plumbing) . Not only that, but they never got back to me, nor did they get me my estimate. I called them many times and told them about it, and they kept saying that they'll check to see what the deal is and call me back. Never heard from them after that.

We found Sean through our local neighborhood group, and I am SO thankful for the recommendation. I texted him late on a Friday night and he was at our house the next morning. Within an hour everything was fixed, he even took care of small things we had kinda gotten used to overlooking (like a non-functional tub stopper). And he charged an incredibly reasonable and low price for such a great job. I will always call Sean first when we need a plumber!

Tech Phillip was great. Expensive but tech arrived 2 hours after I initially called no crazy emergency up charge. Paid for it in the repair but the knowledge and service was worth it and done so fast I feel I got value.

Randon came out soon after my call, unfortunately, the job needs some contraction work to be able to fix. Would definitely call All Day again. Randon was nice, polite and explained everything that would need to be done. Will call once I find a contractor to take out the tub or vanity.

I would highly recommend Plumbing Unlimited to anyone in the Hampton Roads area. They arrived at my house on time (actually early). My drains were completely backed up. Lamont was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained and sent me videos of every step of his visit. He took the time to answer every question I had. Unfortunately my next steps will be to have my old sewer pipes replaced. However, Plumbing Unlimited is the only company I would call. The cost is reasonable and the customer service has been exceptional!
