Bryant was kind he took the time to listen to the problem. Because I have bigger issues than what he can solve he still took the time to see if he could assist us. This was the second time that Jeremy was involved in the replacement of a gas control valve on my water heater. He and Chaz were very forthright in their troubleshooting of the problem and once diagnosed, a plan was laid out for repair. Not on A-1 American at all, I did have to wait for the manufacturer of the water heater (Rheem) to overnight deliver the required part. Within hours of the part being delivered to my home, Jeremy and Chaz were there and beginning the replacement of the part. The treatment I received as a customer was excellent and I remember when this same bad part (Rheem) was replaced 13 months ago, it was Jeremy who had asked a coworker, Kevin, take care of the replacement when Jeremy was not available. Jeremy, Chaz, Kevin, and A-1 American have made it a point to put the customers' needs high on their lists of priorities. While no one wants to have a service call, I would not hesitate to recommend A-1 American should the need ever arise.
