The technicians Chris and Shawn were awesome. They did awesome work. But..... after agreeing to have them move my water heater. The in office staff/scheduler did not schedule the electrician to show up. So Chris and Shawn installed my new water heater, had to leave the job half done because the electrician couldn’t make it until the next day. Then after he did his job, I called A1 back. The receptionist told me they “don’t schedule subcontractors (which is a straight up lie), and that they couldn’t get someone back out today”. Mind you this was supposed to be a 3 hr job turned into three days.. it took my husband talking to a project manager to get someone out here to make sure I had hot water. Techs were all great, the electrician was awesome, the guy who gave us the estimate was awesome... But obviously a gap between office and scheduling and actually getting the job done. Overall, happy with the outcome, but if you’re scheduling anything with subcontractors I’d suggest calling the day before to ensure it’s all scheduled.

Ryan Holowiak went above and beyond expectations to provide outstanding customer service. He was respectful, courteous, friendly, and approachable. He not only informed me of the extent of the service call, but also provided step-by-step instructions on how to maintain and operate my emergency generator.I was able to watch him during the service call and in my opinion, his attention to detail is light years ahead of any technician I have had working in my home.His dedication to great customer service speaks volumes about your company and reflects great credit upon him.Thank you so very much!Ramon A. Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Super fast and affordable electrical service.

I highly recommend calling Rob, Tony and his team. I needed a toilet and sink installation with all new pipes going down to the basement. They did such quick work. Of course, there was an unforeseen issue. Roots in the pipes that prevented the water to flow properly through the house. It caused overflow which was extremely frustrating but they handled that too.
These guys are such gentlemen. So nice, patient and professional. They work with clear communication and are fair with their pricing, which I appreciated so much!

I had a plumbing emergency and every other company I called was either too busy or wanted to charge excessive fees upfront just to show up. Roto Rooter showed up right away and did not charge anything upfront. Austin was my technician and he was great.

Todd is a very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He is our go to plumber whenever there's an issue. Have used him several times for leaking pipes and backed up drains. Prices are reasonable too! Thanks Todd for all your help! Would recommend and continue to use him for any plumbing problems!

Great guy friendly, fair, clean and thorough

We had a great, prompt, and professional experience today! We were online first thing this morning and chose this business first because of the glowing reviews. After calling Jim at around 6 am, he was here at the time he promised and got straight down to business. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the easiest of cases but he thoroughly explained the scenarios prior to starting and kept us informed the entire duration of his visit. He also gave us tips to keep our older system in shape. His extensive experience and knowledge was evident the entire time he was here. TRUST THESE REVIEWS! You will not be disappointed!
