We were having a dishwasher installed when the installer was unable to cut the water off due to a faulty valve. We were unable to contact our regular plumber so we looked online, found Precision Plumbing and while looking thru the reviews found one with the exact same problem. We called and made an appointment in short order. Jimmy came and replaced the valve quickly. He was very professional and cleaned up. They charged a reasonable price. I was very happy and won’t hesitate to call on them for the next plumbing issue. Our dishwasher was installed later the same day.

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

Thank God for Jose! Our sink clogged up while cooking Thanksgiving dinner and of course we were totally freaking out. Jose came over and fix the problem right away. He was extremely kind and courteous and we super appreciated him wearing a mask from beginning to end as we have a little one in the house (and let's face it not all in-home service providers are doing that!)
