I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

I called Atomic because we had a substantial problem where we noticed water coming through the brick exterior wall of our home outside the kitchen. Honestly, I called Craig Plumbing because we had used them in the past. He said he knew what it was because he'd seen it many times in my neighborhood and would be out the next day. I waited at home all day and he never showed! I'm actually glad that happened because that was when I called Atomic. Justin Ricker came out with a colleague of his, unfortunately I can't remember his name, but they were both so friendly, informative, very knowledgeable and pleasant! The job was done in no time and I actually messaged Justin later to say that I loved the way the new plumbing looked. That may sound funny, but it was re-designed and looked much nicer and much more efficient the way he installed the new pipes. This was a job that was a very big deal to us and we were fully comfortable trusting Atomic (Justin) with the job. We are very happy with the results and will stick with Atomic going forward, without a doubt!!!

From the estimate to the project completion, everyone I worked with was prompt, professional, courteous, and made sure the job was done right. Much appreciated after dealing with so many others.

Called yesterday about a leaking shower and was scheduled immediately for 9AM today. They called back to reschedule due to a previous commitment at 9 and rescheduled for 12PM. Scott arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue and acquired the correct part and got us up and running again in short order. Very happy that I called them, especially that they give a military discount. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing need.

Terry was great! On time and ready to do all of the things I needed to assemble and install. He did a great job installing the ceiling fans and assembling my dresser. Will definitely request him to do other work!!!!

I need a plumber asap and was lucky enough to get Sean to repair a water leak
in my rental property. He went over and took care of the problem right away.

Raynaldo the plumber fixed a leak in two pipes for us and did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous. He was also very pleasant with my 2 year old who was curious at times and observed the work (and all the cool tools). I called A1 Sewer & Drain in Hampton for a free estimate to have my sewer line replaced. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Robin was the technician that came to my house. He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions, measured and accessed the situation and wrote up an estimate. I met with two other plumbing companies for estimates but my husband and I will be going with A1 because they have the best price were the most professional. I deducted 1 star for the fact that they didn’t call me in the morning to confirm my appointment and the other companies did that and A1 gave me a window if 9-12 but came at 1pm. However they did call to let me know they’d be late. Overall, kindness and professionalism goes a long way and A1 has both.

They are professional and courteous, you even get to see a picture of the technician before they arrive which in think is a great safety mechanism.

This company understands you the customer. I had one kitchen drain fixed. Also senior tech Levi and Greg did a great job to install two faucets plus three water valves in one bathroom. I will call time company who cares about the work they commit to in your home.
