Justin Duke was my plumbing technician and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Very happy with him as a person and the work he did! My bathtub had a lot of trouble draining so I had a lot of hair and whatnot backed up in the tub. Icing on the cake was he literally cleaned my bathtub when he was done. Totally unexpected and he didn't have to do that. Very happy with Atomic and the work Justin did!!

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

The real estate company I rent from send these men out to fix various issues. Jacuzzis, toilets,etc. Very quick and pleasant service every time. If they have to order parts I normally have to only wait a day or 2 and they are back. I have not had any problems with anything they have fixed and even though my Jacuzzi is kind of old they still managed to get a hold of the correct parts. Awesome service

I would highly recommend Plumbing Unlimited to anyone in the Hampton Roads area. They arrived at my house on time (actually early). My drains were completely backed up. Lamont was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained and sent me videos of every step of his visit. He took the time to answer every question I had. Unfortunately my next steps will be to have my old sewer pipes replaced. However, Plumbing Unlimited is the only company I would call. The cost is reasonable and the customer service has been exceptional!

Excellent service by Plumber in Norfolk. I attempted to install a utility sink and it went south. I almost flooded my garage, but eventually turned off the water. My wife called the Roto-Rooter about 10:15 pm on Saturday and they were here in just 15 minutes. Thanks to Mr. William Vanderbom and his partner we were able to get the water back on (needless to say they saved the night).

Fantastic service! This was the first time I used A1 Sewer & Drain, but I now plan to call them first in the future. I had a minor water emergency and they came out the same day to resolve the issue. Outstanding! Ray came to take care of a leak in one the bathrooms. We discussed options regarding the issues with my old toilets in the other bathrooms and I felt comfortable with the solution. Ray has worked on previous plumbing issues I’ve had and he is always helpful, knowledgeable, super nice, and does great work!!

If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess.
