Best Shower Installation in Virginia Beach VA

Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

I called with leaking bathroom tub faucets in 2 different bathrooms. I attempted to do it myself, and made a mess of things. I called All Day Plumbing in the afternoon, and they actually were able to send a team out that same evening. Thank you to Raymond and Louis who fixed everything quickly (answering my questions along the way), and it was cheaper than I thought it was going to cost. Awesome job!

woke up to a real mess on Sunday morning.....Plant Plumming came within the hour, fixed the sewer line and did a wonderful job.....technician was very nice and efficient...couldn't ask for better service.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

Lamont was on time and very thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions and we will be happy to use Plumbing Unlimited Inc in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

I called at 7 PM for a clogged sewer and asked for an appointment the next morning. The technician arrived promptly at 9 AM the next day. He put a camera down the line, found the front clean-out (which was buried in the front flower bed) and quickly cleared the pipe. When he found a tree root in the line, he notified me that another individual would come to do an in-depth inspection of the line and quote the fix. That individual was here within 30 minutes. Both technicians were extremely polite and professional, showed me the issue on the video screens so I would understand the problem, and even wore booties in the house due to the rainy weather. I am extremely satisfied with my service and I will call them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Couldn't be happier with service today. Andrew arrived on time, was courteous, professional and friendly. My ticket required four different tasks, he remained on the job until all were completed to our satisfaction!
As always, A1 is my go to plumbers because of their staff of technicians.

Christy has been EXTREMELY responsive with all the weather changes and personal issues I've been having with the installation of the generator. She has done an OUTSTANDING job in communicating changes and what to expect with the upcoming installation of our generator.

Never returned my call, made several attempts to call them after initial call where they took my information stating that I would get a call to set up an appointment.
