I was having plumbing issues in all three of my bathrooms,so i called Atomic for their services.They sent out Justin D and Mike casey.They were both very nice and respectful.I had three toilets installed and of course got blessed with a huge tree root justin tried very hard to cut it out with his cutters but the water wasn’t flowing like it should so he had to call and have the camera brought out to my home once he located the root on the camera he brought me in and showed me the culprit.He explained to me every step he would have to do to take care of the situation which involved jack hammering up a portion of my bathroom floor to remove the root and replacing the pipe.They cleaned up everything to where you couldn’t even tell i had all that demolition work done in my bathroom.I still have a few more faucet issues to have fixed and will definitely call atomic and request Justin and Mike to come out and make the repairs i can’t thank them enough.

Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Raymond came to my house within an hour of me leaving a message with the call center on a Sunday morning!! I could not be more pleased with the response time and availability. I had a major clog that was causing sewage to come up the shower drain. He did an inspection of the plumbing in the crawlspace. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to unclog my drain b/c his equipment was too big to fit under my crawlspace to reach the drain cap. But he did give me a detailed explanation of what was done wrong in the plumbing that caused it to stop up. He didn't try to sell me her services. Instead he told me I needed to talk to the contractor who did it and have him redo it b/c it is not to code. So after all that, I fully expected him to charge me for the visit. After all, it's a Sunday morning and anyone who goes crawling into my small, crowded crawlspace deserves to be paid. But he charged me nothing. After dealing with so many crooked people in the construction industry, it's so nice to know that there are still honest, compassionate people out there. Thank you Raymond!! You will definitely be my go-to plumber should anymore problems arise.

He is very quick to take care of our tenants and he even suggests more efficient ways to handle a job, which my owners really love. I would highly recommend Plumbing Unlimited to anyone in the Hampton Roads area. They arrived at my house on time (actually early). My drains were completely backed up. Lamont was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained and sent me videos of every step of his visit. He took the time to answer every question I had. Unfortunately my next steps will be to have my old sewer pipes replaced. However, Plumbing Unlimited is the only company I would call. The cost is reasonable and the customer service has been exceptional!

Our electric water heater was 15 years old, beginning to leak and was mounted in our kitchen pantry threatening our new wooden floors. A-1 Matt and Tyler pulled the old water heater out of the house and installed a natural gas powered tankless water heater outside, solving several problems. They knew what they were doing, kept us politely and respectfully informed of their progress, and completed all aspects of the job professionally in a timely manner.

American Mechanical removed an old wall unit and installed a mini split system in our sunroom. The techs were Keiahd and Colin. Keiahd explained everything they were going to do, we decided where to hang it, place lines, etc. I have to say the work they did was amazing. They were at it non stop all day and it worked/looked perfect when completed. Honestly, the area was cleaner when they left then when they started. They were super nice, professional and definitely new what they were doing. I highly recommend AMech for any similar work, in general, and that team in particular.
