Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

The friendly and fast response time was invaluable to me when I made the call last night. It was 8 pm on a Saturday night and my kitchen sink was plugged and the garbage disposal appeared to be leaking under the sink, too. I called another place first, but they weren't going to get here until the morning. So, I tried Cecilia's and within the hour all was right in the kitchen. Plus I was given some guidance as to what may be needed sooner rather than later to ensure it didn't happen again. I am ever grateful for the timeliness and personable response I recieved. We had a major water leak and Sean quickly came to our house and found the leak. The leak happened to be under our front porch and was going to be a major job. Sean stayed until after 10 pm trying to fix it for us and the next day set up a temporary waterline until the a whole new water line could be put in. A new water line was put in and and the everything was put back as it was. Sean and his guy did an outstanding job and didn’t break the bank.

My husband and I contacted Guy Smith Heating and Cooling, to get some things repaired, and we spoke with Kaitlyn, she was very knowledgeable, kind, caring and respectful!

Fast appointment and competent repair. Very expensive and I had even removed the toilet and vanity myself before the tech arrived. Figure $300 to $700 per hour. I don't think I would use them again because of the cost. Kind of greedy was my impression and I wouldn't trust them to be fair priced if I was an elderly woman for example. They charge extra if you supply your own new toilet for installation. My advice would be to get a few quotes before picking this company.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

Lamont was on time and very thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions and we will be happy to use Plumbing Unlimited Inc in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Excellent service. I had a severely clogged sink that I was unable to unclog. I called Roto-Rooter Norfolk around 9:00 AM and got an appt for the afternoon. I got a call about 30 minutes prior to the plumber's arrival. Brad was our plumber and he was great. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable. He quickly cleared the clog and gave me good information on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again for plumbing problems.

I have been without hot water, for about 2 1/2 weeks. That entire time, I've been waiting for another company to keep lying to me.This company was contacted this morning. Came out today. And the parts were available immediately, would have been done today. On schedule for the next day.In my opinion, this has been a WAY better experience! Pat B. Was professional, timely. But this guy, they would even consider the guru!Both Pats are great and responsible. And Todd on night shift is a all around great guy as well. Patrick had a helper, who you could tell was a hard worker as well. Not even sure if he was a helper, just talked to Patrick more.Got the job done at any cost.
