Their General Manager Sunny is a total prick! He can't handle a tense situation and is a horrible customer service person. RUDE! Not to mention they tried to sell us a 4 ton unit and I only need a 2.5. When confronted he flipped out on me and the coward hung up on me saying he wouldn't deal with me after my wife called him out. Horrible horrible horrible! Worst customer service guy in the Hampton roads area! Guy Smith you're only as good as the people you hire!@

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. These guys were wonderful! They came in and fixed an issue we were having with the pipes draining sewage from our home that were causing our toilets to backup into our house. Very down to earth and willing to answer all of our questions. We will definitely use them again if we need to. They really were wonderful. Professional and willing to help resolve the issues.

Zack M. was great as usual. I called in the morning and he showed up that day to fix a leak I discovered in my crawl space. He cleaned up the water and it was fixed in under an hour. This is the second time using A1 and I have had a great experience both times. They are very responsive and professional unlike the local companies in New Kent. Pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone.

Jason did a great job getting us an estimate for upgrading our panel and adding a sub panel to an outdoor shed. He answered all of my question at the visit and even called me in between his other service visits to answer more questions that came up after he left.
