Excellent work! We had a leaky pipe -- after hours, of course -- and within 12 hours, we were back to normal thanks to Atomic. Technician Scott Perkins arrived right on time and was so polite and professional! He quickly identified the leaky pipe and replaced it (didn't just patch it!). It's clear that he takes pride in his work. The office staff are kind and friendly, and they kept in regular contact with us about the appointment. Just a great experience all around. Atomic made a very stressful situation manageable, and we'll be calling again for some plumbing work that we have planned.

Having a pipe spewing water in my house was upsetting on TG morning. Sending out a dozen emails to plumbing companies but only hearing from 3 was aggravating. Of them, the only one willing to work with my finances, and show up in a reasonable time was Cecilia's. Kevin was professional and reassuring, I needed that after the days I've had. He made temporary repairs that night and installed a new heater the next day. I’ve also used him to replace a garbage grinder and repair bathroom faucets. He’s reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

Technician who came (Patrick G.) was a cool dude. Showed up on time, was knowledgeable and tried several things to fix my issue. Although there was no fix for it that was cost worthy for me I was able to get the reason for what was the issue and was able to use his expert evaluation and diagnosis to find out what the problem was.It was 190$ for the hour he was here to do his assessment and would have cost me about 900$ for him to fix it but I went the route of getting the part I needed for 99$ and fixing it myself. He is a valuable technician and had an apprentice with him. Heard him coaching and advising his apprentice and allowing him to go through the process as well. No doubt that he will train him well and you will have another excellent technician.

Recently had them come out to property and camera a drain that runs from the house to creek nearby. Camera showed blockage, serviceman was very helpful. The following day they came to jet the line. The first attempt failed to give any indication of exit point and clear the line. The 2nd attempt located the exit point buried 2 ft in mud. Identified the problem and set up the property to prevent flooding. Appreciate their customer service for their help.
