All-in-all, a good job at a fair price. I'd use Atomic and Ryan again.

Today I was quoted $650 for a simple condensation drain pipe flush. No replacement parts necessary or included in the quote. This was clear gouging. I very easily found another HVAC company who provided the same service for $94, and a friend of mine who is an HVAC professional in another state says $175 is the max charge for this type of service, and that includes some more detailed work if there are some issues that arise. Either the on-call technician was attempting to gouge me and pocket the money himself, or this company as a whole does not reasonably price its services.

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

TLDR: Rude & never showed up. Guy on the phone sounded disgruntled at life in general and was pretty rude, so I had a hunch when I originally called to make an appointment that these folks were going to be a problem. Against my better judgment, I made the appointment anyways because a friend had recommended them. Sure enough, they never even showed up. I even called to confirm the day before. I took off work to be home during the morning time block they specified so they didn't just waste my time, they wasted one of my sick days. If you can't even trust these jokers to show up when they say they will, how can you trust them to do decent work? I hope this review saves someone else a headache.

A1 sent David to take care of our sewer line clog. He was here within a few hours of our call and was able to fix the problem in just a short while. David was very knowledgeable and polite. He made sure to cover his shoes before entering and left our bathroom neat and clean and back in working order. The cost of the service was very reasonable.
