Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Hands down the top plumber in Hamton Roads. He is extremely knowledgeable,honest, prompt and professional. I have tried numerous times to complete jobs and have failed, he has been their to offer advice and fix my mistakes. Will continue to be my go to for my home repairs. Thanks again.

It was truly a delight and rare experience as a business transition to work with someone so honest and driven to resolve an issue with the diligence as Sean and at a fair price. I see a lot of good comments for this company, so I decided to call them, not knowing what to expect, I went for it, My AC liquid line is frozen before the appointment, I decided to check and replace the filter and turn off the AC and turn the fan on to defrost, but while we sleep I decided to leave it on it was just to hot it was 85 degrees inside and we couldnt sleep, finally AC&R Tech came early which is good, to see whats goin on, HE SAID HE CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE all the lines are frozen and he has to come back tommorrow. Now for them to DRIVE to my place cost $89.00 JUST TO GET HERE, so Im not paying for diagnostic Im paying for their gas, laughable, He even said I shoulve left my AC off, I got that, but him coming to my house didn't do a single thing, and I have to pay $89 then another $89 for him to come again the next day?? This company thinks Im rich or what? Ive been having this problem for so long I just need a little consideration, atleast come back next day and actually diagnose the system and ill pay for the diagnose . . . Very respectfully -Warren

We needed major pipe and sewer line work. After some bad experiences with other companies, we called All Day Plumbing for an estimate. They came out quite quickly to give us an estimate (with no charge). They very clearly put the required work and costs in writing. Our house is pretty big and old, and all the ground-level pipes had to be replaced. They also had to re-work drains and a cleanout under the house. For such a massive project, their fees were very reasonable.

They showed up when they said they would, and they kept in communication with us throughout the process. The service people were all very professional and polite. They even provided pictures of their work, which is great since a lot of it is in places I'll probably never see. I am very pleased All Day Plumbing, and I will happily use them next time we need plumbing services.

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

The owner came to my house to give me an estimate on redoing my bath room. Between him and his employees I couldn't have been more impressed. The work completed was outstanding. The cost of the job was very competitive. Highly recommend using Plumbing Unlimited. Thank you for a job well done.

You know you are in good hands when you call Rotor Rooter, always providing top notch service everytime! James did an awesome job unclogging the drain in my laundry room. And he didn't leave a mess! Always professional and courteous. This company definitely has my business for any future needs! I highly recommend giving them a call!

The service person, Justin did not do a proper analysis and review of our sewer issue that cause backup problems within our home. He briefly went under the house, left our enclosed crawl space door open, then made an assumption that our sewer line was in the front of the house without dropping a camera through sewer vent pipes. He broke our porch post lights and dig up a little in our front yard to try to find our sewer line. He then made an assumption and said that they would have to tear up our front yard, our sidewalk and possibly our fro porch railings and only patch it up. They gave an estimate of the work that included excavation that was 3.5 times more than the average price of a two-way clean out. He left without doing the work of clearing out our sewer line blockage that made using my of our bathrooms in the house. I immediately called another company and they gave us details of how they would review the issue. They unblocked our line and came back to do an extensive review and found our sewer line went to the rear of the house and not the front. Really disappointed.
