Best Repairs/Installations in Virginia Beach VA

I rarely leave online reviews however; this company is the exception. I had been looking through multiple companies for help in repairing my shower bed and tile (there was a leak and the whole thing needed to be redone from the ground up). I could not be more grateful to have found this company.

The pricing I was given was more than fair. I feel as though they were a genuine family company that actually understood not every family is beyond rich. As a first time home owner I was able to pay for services without having to pull out a major loan for the repairs. Other companies were literally trying to rob me blind to where I wondered if I could ever get my showered repaired.

The day of our appointment Anthony and his crew (Clint) came out 15 minutes before our appointment time. They also came out ready to work. Right now. No hesitations (I did not expect this). They explained the whole procedure to me so that I could be a knowledgeable homeowner. Any questions I had Anthony and Clint guided me through the process.

As the repairs started, each day Clint and George gave a heads up before they were coming. They arrived promptly on time each day without any wasted time. They were very respectful of my house and laid down floor coverings so that they did not damage my carpet. They were some serious hard workers. They did an amazing job and the work is superb. Not to mention, they were clean. They made sure and cleaned everything and left me a working shower in excellent condition.

I am beyond grateful to have found an honest legit company who is professional and reliable. I will absolutely be coming to them as the years come along for any future projects or needed repairs. Most importantly.....I now have a master bathroom shower again! This will be so much better rather than a family of 4 trying to cram into one small bathroom.

Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

Ronald and Brad were fantastic. They were kind and patient with me and my children. They explained everything to me and never got annoyed with my kids talking to them or asking questions. We will certainly be calling them if we have another plumbing issue.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. This company understands you the customer. I had one kitchen drain fixed. Also senior tech Levi and Greg did a great job to install two faucets plus three water valves in one bathroom. I will call time company who cares about the work they commit to in your home.

Todd is now my go to plumber. He's quick to respond and came when he said. He fixed a leak on my hose outlet, unclogged my washer drain and one of my sink drains. His prices are good and don't break the bank. On top of that he's a good guy who loves his family!! Call him.

The owners, Patrick and Virginia, are great people tio work with. They have come to our rescue more than once! We have had to replace our water heater and had a pipe that was fallen down and dumping water directly into the crawlspace. Nothing but professional workers and they were very knowledgeable! I recommend them every time someone's asks!

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

Lindsey Brothers came out to my Father in laws house on Christmas Eve morning and fixed his heating problem within an hour. He had been told by another company they couldn't come until the 27th which meant no heat or hot water for 5 days. He is an elderly gentleman and would not have been able to stay in his home for the holidays if it wasn't for Lindsey Brothers. Thank you for your prompt, professional service and with a smile.

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.

Zac was very polite and fixed the problem and cleaned the area and I had a shelf of glass things sorta in his way but he was very careful and nothing got broken. Thanks and I will be recommending them.

I was a little worried reading other reviews but Jason was great. He got us scheduled in a timely manner, called and gave us updates on his arrival times, and made sure he gave us all the information and maintenance schedule for our new water heater.
