Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. So far Gravity Plumbing has installed a dishwasher, repaired a leaking copper pipe in my kitchen wall, replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced a commode and is about to install a well for watering my garden! First time using All Day Plumbing , Maurice and Jacob were very pleasant and to the point with my situation.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

Called on Saturday around noon, emergency rates applied, but he called 20 min out as he was on another call and was here in one hour from my appt made. Professional, courteous, and cleaned up behind himself. Have used Co. Before and very happy with the jobs performed. Thank you

The guys at RPG are knowledgeable, professional, and are always fair with their quotes. They always have someone available for after hours and weekend emergencies and they show up when they say they are going to. This is a privately owned business and it shows that they take pride in the work they do. I would recommend them anytime.

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

David Gutierrez the plumber was very prompt and quickly identified the problem. He explained what he needed to do and made the repair in a short time. He was professional and personable. We have confidence in him and would like to use him in the future as needed. We highly recommend this plumber. His charges were very reasonable.

I highly DO NOT recommend this company. Their service tech JASON. Is rude, impatient and does not show up on time. Our second appointment was between 12-2pm and he showed up at 1030 am making us stop what we were doing without proper notice. The first time he was an hour late. This service tech diagnosed our water heater and said that the water heater was leaking and the pipes within the wall. He said he would write that all in the ticket for service. Came out to service it and only replaced the water heater. He did not connect to see if it even worked because he wanted an electrician to connect it because they don't do electrical work. We hired an electrician and he connected it. When the heater was turned on we quickly found out the piping connecting to the water heater never got fixed. We called them back and they wanted another service charge for coming out with a bad attitude saying he never said anything about the pipes before. He was upset and lost his temper when I argued that he did mention this problem before and it was never fixed. A complete scam. PLEASE do not support this company that holds these kind of business standards.
