Michael Green was the contractor hired for our Sheetrock repair. He quoted a fair price from the start. As he walked around the house he found additional points of concern and fixed them as well with no additional costs. His work is of good quality and I would recommend him to friends and family.
One lasting touch, was his request to adjust our front door,as it was catching on the top left portion. He fixes it says thanks for the opportunity for business and leaves the job site.

I had a plumbing leak, called, and was given an appointment early the next morning. They arrived on time, were friendly, and informative. I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. I would highly recommend this business. They definitely have my loyalty.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Jon was professional and arrived on time, he went straight to diagnosing the issue with my system and explained what he found and provided a video to show exactly what he found. Once he found an issue he continued to look at the rest of the system to ensure that there were no other issues or repairs needed and explained the cost to repair and clean the system. Overall it was reassuring to know that American Mechanical has such high quality professionals working for them.

Called on Saturday around noon, emergency rates applied, but he called 20 min out as he was on another call and was here in one hour from my appt made. Professional, courteous, and cleaned up behind himself. Have used Co. Before and very happy with the jobs performed. Thank you

Todd came and disassembled my garbage disposal carefully that I wanted to to take out and put a drain in. He did a great job! And he cleaned up after.
