Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Most of their techs are really good--knowledgeable and generally do good work. Like a lot of these semi-larger companies, they're not going to be the cheapest quote, but they do stand by their work in our experience. We've had them do a lot of work over the past five or so years--generator, HVAC overhaul, tankless water heater, electric, plumbing, etc. and generally happy. Sometimes coordination between various departments can be messy though, if you have more than one project going on at the same time, but again, the workers who come out to the house tend to do good work.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Super fast and affordable electrical service.

A-1 American is top notch, I called to let them know that my heating unit was on the fritz and in less than 24 hours Larry and John were at my house to let me know what the problem was and how it could be fixed. They both were very professional and answered every question I had pertaining to fixing my heating unit. They even stayed to make sure that the temperature in the house went up by a few degrees and to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
