Great staff and Good customer service

We came form an out of state trip to find out that our Rheem tankless water heater was not working. I immediately googled “tankless water heater” and the Atomic was the very first company that showed up in my search. I immediate called them on a Monday morning and within two hours, Justin R. arrived to troubleshoot the unit. Upon further inspection, Justin discovered that the unit was badly corroded and needed replacement. I was about to have guests to come visit the next day (Tuesday evening) and I asked Justin how long would it take to have a new heater installed. He said they had a Ranai Tankelss Water heater in stock and that he can have one installed the next day (Tuesday). As he inspected the electrical outlets in our laundry room where the heater was to be plugged in, he said that he had to have an electrical GFI outlet to connected to because my old water heater was plugged in with an extension cord to a non-GFI outlet, and furthermore, it was out of code. He was looking out for our safety! After we spoke with Atomic customer reps, we completed the order and ordered the unit. This is when it gets better. Atomic reps returned my call that same Monday after Justin left and told me that the water heater would not be installed until Wednesday, that’s two days later. Well, the reps spoke to Justin and he agreed to reschedule his Tuesday appointments with other customers for ours. He showed up early on Tuesday morning and patiently waited until the electrician installed my GFI outlets. Then, (Justin) and his associate installed the brand new Ranai Tankless Water heater flawlessly and left the whole laundry room. Immaculately clean. Justin and his assistant went out of their way to get the unit up and running just in time. Our out of town guests came in that evening and we had hot water in the house!!! I can’t say enough about Atomic and Justin’s exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and his willingness to go the extra mile for a customer that he just met. His can-do attitude to get the job done, coupled with his desire to put us in the front of the line because of our out of town guest situation, attests to the outstanding service Atomic provides to their customers. Atomic, you have customers for life here, and Justin, you have new friends for life. Justin, you are a great American!

Showed up and fixed a water main leak fast and cheaper than originally quoted. Would use a gain!

The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

Great experience with A1 Sewer and Drain Plumbing. Had a leak in my main water line against house foundation. A1 had a technician to my house promptly. The plumber Zach M. was professional, knowledgeable, hard working and communicated with me throughout the process. Despite the difficult location of the repair, Zach completed the job to my complete satisfaction and explained the problem and repair to me so I understood. He gave me some addl feedback about the plumbing throughout my house which is invaluable to a homeowner. Job well done to Zach M. and A1. I will definitely use A1 Sewer and Drain plumbing next time.

I had a plumbing emergency and every other company I called was either too busy or wanted to charge excessive fees upfront just to show up. Roto Rooter showed up right away and did not charge anything upfront. Austin was my technician and he was great.

Even after the repairs were done, Mr. Bertilino made sure that I completely understood the process of the repairs and everything I needed to know going forward to prevent any further problems in the future. Awesome experience with Roto-Rooter today! Tech Joe (2181) came to my home and was quick to diagnose my plumbing problems and offer very reasonable solutions. He save me about $2000. Yes I had a tech from Budget Plumbing come hours earlier and quoted me almost $3000 for something and was not was needed. I would refer this company a thousand time especially this tech.

Very good service, workers came on time and work on my needs as fast as possible. I will use them again whenever I have the need for plumbing services. They will be the first and only ones that I will call.

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.

Really impressed with the responsiveness and professional service. Brian is hardworking, honest and reliable. Recently moving to the area, I was expecting it to be so difficult to find a good plumber, but it is so reassuring to know I am in good hands for any future issues!
