Great experience with Precision Plumbing today. My washing machine drain was clogged to the point that it was overflowing onto the garage floor and even backing up into the kitchen sink. After wasting a couple of hours attempting to clear the clog myself with my puny 25 ft snake, I decided to salvage the rest of my day and call the professionals. I chose Precision Plumbing because of their Google and Nextdoor reviews. I called at 9:40 am and spoke with Melissa; she was polite and professional. She said I could expect a plumber to arrive between 11 am - 2 pm. At 11:15, Scott called to tell me he was about 15 minutes out. He pulled into my driveway 13 minutes later. He spent a couple minutes assessing the situation and asking me questions about my problem. Then he went right to work. Scott was quite professional, patiently answering all my questions while he cleared the clog. The price was more than fair. I have found my plumber and will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

Terry was great. We had an old downdraft range that we were replacing with a new one that does not require a downdraft. He removed it and patched up the vent and placed the new range. He walked us through everything that he was going to do and made sure he got our approval. It looks and works terrific.
