This family owned company was our first HVAC call since moving to VA from a different state. From talking to Mrs. Carolyn on the phone to then having her husband and grandson come out the same day- it was the best experience for a new homeowner. I am pregnant and they really wanted to make sure my AC was working correctly and before they left. I will never, not call this company when I need some help! Thank you Mr. Dodd and family!!

Finally!!! We have been having so much trouble with companies not showing up, not giving proper estimates and horrible work. These men are excellent! They did our back splash in the kitchen, some woodwork that needed to be done and some repairs in our garage. They did great work, very impressed will be using them again.

Nothing but great things to say. Sean came out last minute at the end of his day to clear my clogged pipes. I called around and got around 10 quotes and he was by far the best quoted price. After the work was done he ended up charging us the lower end of his quoted price range. All in all I paid half of some of the quotes I was given. Great service, professional, efficient, no B.S. at all. He did exactly what he said he would and got the job done quickly.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Jared the gentleman who did the work at our house was very polite and knowledgeable. He did an exceptional job and was very respectful. They were accomadating to my requests and needs. I feel confident with the work that was done and I'm pleased to be worry free now with our new system. Our entire sewage line needed replaced. Mark did an excellent job working around our schedule to get the job done. He left the areas he worked in better condition than when he arrived! Too bad I can’t recommend a 6th star for going above and beyond

I got ripped off hands down!!!! If this was an honest company you would refund half of the labor. I needed a small section of pipe and a valve. It was supposed to be all copper the tech. Used half plastic. I have pictures and the receipt. Further more I checked to see if this was the company I used on my last repair. They said no I am a new customer. I didn't want that hack working on my house. The same guy showed after looking for the paper work it was the same company and I paid cash last time. The last job looked like a child did it so many fittings used, why?
