I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

Mr Jim was awesome! I know he got more than he expected on a Sunday afternoon... thinking he could knock out a quick job... Fast forward to having to cut a hole in my wall and fix what someone else had messed up over 13 years ago. He fixed it. (Know any drywall & plaster guys? Lol) Very friendly and patient as I handled my monster dog. She would warm up to him then bark at him again. But he was very nice and clearly cares about doing a good job. Thanks so much!!

Had an emergency situation in oceanfront around midnight. Home warranty wasn't gonna send anyone out until the following day, even tho water was backed up and flowing out of my downstairs toilet. Roto Rooter dispatched a plumber in under an hour. Robert arrived and quoted me the price and after talking, said he was going to check the city line first. In doing so, he discovered that the city line was the reason for the clog. He advised me to call the city and didn't charge me a thing. I feel most plumbers would have done the $450 service and then told me to call the city.
