The friendly and fast response time was invaluable to me when I made the call last night. It was 8 pm on a Saturday night and my kitchen sink was plugged and the garbage disposal appeared to be leaking under the sink, too. I called another place first, but they weren't going to get here until the morning. So, I tried Cecilia's and within the hour all was right in the kitchen. Plus I was given some guidance as to what may be needed sooner rather than later to ensure it didn't happen again. I am ever grateful for the timeliness and personable response I recieved. I would have given this company 5 stars for the work that their rep performed for me last year; excellent service and very professional. I called today about something similar and Greg was telling me about something in his notes about me refusing to pay for a service and mentioning names of neighbors/people I don’t know. I found proof of payment and told him about the proof and it still wasn’t enough because he was focusing on some faucet service I know nothing about. When he mentioned the type of faucet he thought I had and I told him I had a different type of faucet, he still insisted that I refused to pay for a service.
I have no idea what he’s talking about. There was a time when I would have recommended this company, but will never use them again, nor recommend them to someone else.

Christopher Boyd was a great worker and very respectable. He sat down and let me watch him do the work. He explained and showed me how to get it and and future repairs. I am glad I called A1. I will use their service again.

American Mechanical service tech provided an annual check-up and maintenance on our home generator under a service agreement. The technician was neat, orderly and well trained and performed the maintenance efficiently and quickly. We were very satisfied with the technician and the company.

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!

Tony was wonderful. I called him around lunch time in need of having my new shower valve roughed in before proceeding with the tile work. He was able to fit my work into his schedule the same day. Three other companies I called were not able to do so, and the big companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg just to come look at what I needed done. Additionally Tony was very thorough in explaining things to me. I would definitely recommend Tony and son plumbing!!!

Ryan was called out to the property because water was gushing everywhere from behind the wall. He inspected the problem, gathered the needed materials, and got to work quickly. He worked tirelessly until it was completely fixed. Ryan was knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!!

I have used Betty’s Plumbing twice. Once to replace most of the bathroom and kitchen faucets and toilets in my house, and the other time when a pipe broke. They are knowledgeable and honest.

My compressor went bad on a 13 year old Trane unit. James explained my options and showed me the price I would be spending. Due to the age of my air handler (original unit when the house was built in 1984), the air handler and condenser both had to be replaced. I have two very young boys that would need AC in the middle of July, so I didn't have time to shop around. The price seemed high, but after the fact and asking around to people I know that have recently had their AC systems replaced, the price seemed to be expected. James made some calls, recommended a brand (Goodman), and said he could have it all installed by the end of the day......it was 110 degree heat index that day. James showed back up around 1:30pm with all the new equipment and materials and went right to work. He never stopped to take much of a break and was drenched in sweat from the heat. Another tech, Kevin, showed up a couple hours later to help, and he too was covered in sweat from the heat and was working just as hard. They had the whole new system installed and running with cold air, and all the mess cleaned up by 8pm. They busted their butts and we had nice cold air for the boys that night. Thanks to A-1 and James and Kevin for getting the job done!
The shut off breaker by the condenser went bad somehow while they were working on the system and they didn't have a replacement, so they just bypassed the breaker and pretty much just turned the box into a junction box, but I can fix that later when I have time. I can live with that.

Update: As I'm writing this, it's been almost a week since we've had the new system. My house is nice and cool, and the system is running smooth with no problems. It doesn't run nearly as much as my old system, so I'm looking forward to some small relief in my upcoming power bills. The heat index will climb close to 100 degrees this upcoming weekend and I am confident that we'll have a nice cool house. Thanks again!!
