My shower drain had been gurgling for months so I decided to call Precision Plumbing to check it out. They came by and jetted as well as putting a camera down the drain and ultimately discovering that the issue was in the way my drain was reconstructed when I converted from a tub to a walk in shower.

The employees, Justin and Drew, could have not been any nicer throughout this whole thing. Very thorough young men both in their work ethics and their explanation to me. Would I recommend them? Oh, heck yeah.

I had the most enjoyable experience of any service with Discount Plumbing's employee James. He showed up QUICKLY, within an hour, to the house where I had a complete stoppage in the main drain. My family couldn't use any plumbing, and after a really rough time with the home warranty people we called Discount Plumbing. James was done so fast I couldn't believe it. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Everyone with needs for plumbing would be VERY lucky to have him. The service was 100% perfect and cheap but NOT cheap, if you catch my drift. Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼
