Got a call from a tenant with a clogged main sewer line on Friday night - water backing up into toilet, sink and bathroom floor! Called Roto-Rooter and they came out first thing Saturday morning and took care of the problem. Service technician was very professional, informative, thorough and friendly. Not only did he unclog the drain, but he ran a camera thru the drain, showed me the problem, ran his snake through several times, then showed me the results. I highly recommend their services.

The heat index was 104 degrees, and the A/C stopped working.The next afternoon, a great Teck stopped by, quickly diagnosed, and replaced the broken component. Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack. I called Rob to come out in the Winter of 2011 to convert some old washer/drier connections to the new standard. He told me the job would only take a few hours and it'd be done. Three hours later he was finished without ever having to go under the house. He hands me the bill and it's a whopping $2000. I was taken aback by how he figured he could charge this much. This was partly my fault for not receiving a quote beforehand but his predatory billing scheme is a sign of the kind of business he runs. I kept the refrigerator magnet he gave so that I could recommend my friends and family not use him.

Todd is now my go to plumber. He's quick to respond and came when he said. He fixed a leak on my hose outlet, unclogged my washer drain and one of my sink drains. His prices are good and don't break the bank. On top of that he's a good guy who loves his family!! Call him.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.
