Last Spring the tech did not test the freon on doth units. We have been having trouble with the upstairs unit for years. During the last two month the unit runs constantly when the tempature reaches 55 degrees.

Two service pros arrived at my home , at the time set for the appointment. They were professionally dressed, knowledgeable, asked what I wanted done, and gave me options, without pressuring me in any way. They answered my questions and did not rush me as I was deciding which of options I wanted to choose. I decided on a new toilet, as the old one was leaking and about 20 years old. I also decided on a new kitchen faucet as the old one leaked enough to raise my water bill. I could have been persuaded to get a new garbage disposal, but they felt it did not yet need replacing. I was really impressed that they did not visit back and forth with each other but were task focused. I was also impressed by the fact all info was displayed on paper as well as on my cell phone and I downloaded and saved the info. They showed me what they were doing and everything met my satisfaction. I am delighted to give these two men a 5 star rating. In the future, I will certainly use All Day Plumbing again, if I have any more concerns.

I had a wonderful experience with JB from A-1 Sewer & Drain Plumbing. He was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked quickly, but was still thorough, making sure everything worked before he left. He even squeezed in an extra job within the hour he was here that I remembered I needed done. Friendly receptionist when I scheduled and honored an online coupon I was having trouble redeeming. Would definitely recommend A-1 for any plumbing needs!

Very professional . Step by step diagnostic and contacted manufacturer to reset the tankless water heater which another plumber (another company) previously the same day did not do and departed without fixing the problem. Previous plumber (different company) ordered a part and departed.
