Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. I called Jack at PLANET PLUMBING on a Monday after our water heater stopped working on Sunday. He had his guys at our home that day. They did their best to get it to relight, to no avail. Parts had to be ordered from Home Depot under warranty. They were overnighted to me, and when I called Jack, he got his guys back out. Turns out, this model year of GE gas water heater gas water heater has a lockout mechanism that Jack knew about and after the parts were replaced, he made the necessary adjustment to make the unit work again. Kudos to PLANET PLUMBING for their diligence to making this unit work again. We will continue to utilize them, whenever the need arises. Thanks Jack, Rob, and Josh.

We've used Plumbing Unlimited for several different jobs, and they've given us no reason to consider anyone else.
This is what I've found to be consistent in every job: they clearly communicate all options, work with you to stay within your budget, and are quick to respond.
At least twice now we have called the office at night and had a plumber come out first thing in the morning.

JC plumbing was not my first choice but i am very glad all the other plumbers that i called were busy. Called him for a main sewer clog. Told me to call the city first to see if it was their line that was clogged. He had a busy schedule but made time to come to resolve the issue. Very kind, informative, and professional. Will be calling him from now on for all my plumbing needs.
