I was switching out a washing machine and busted a pipe trying to get the old hoses off. Water was spraying everywhere. I had to turn the water off to the house. I called my normal plumber and he was booked for the day and couldn’t make it to my house until night. With 5 kids, to include 4 dirty boys, my wife gave me that look...I had to find another plumber fast. I found Cecillia’s on yelp. Due to my situation, the owner himself rushed out and was at my house within 20 minutes and fixed my pipe in less than an hour. Very professional and fairly priced. I own other rental properties so I’m always in the need for a trusted plumber. I will definitely be using this company again.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

Wilson showed up on time and was prepared to handle all of our weird plumbing issues. We had already spent hundreds of dollars with other companies trying to fix the problem but it was never fixed. Wilson came out and quickly figured out exactly what the root of the problem is. We were also given false reasoning from the prior plumbers that turned out to be inaccurate. Wilson took videos and used a camera in the pipes to show us exactly what the issue was and came up with two remedies for us. One was fixed immediately and now after weeks we can finally do laundry! YAY! and created a bandaid for us for our showers plumbing issues to buy us time to fix the big issue. We definitely recommend him and will be calling him again in a few months to fix the remaining issues. THANK YOU SO MUCH WILSON!!

In addition to a terrific job repairing/replacing our kitchen sink plumbing, on a separate occasion A-1 performed an on-site investigation for the source of a bad drain/sewer smell in the house. In both cases they were on time and completed the tasks in a timely and professional manner. We will use them again for any future plumbing issues.
